Welcome to the COURIER Project website. COURIER is a European Commission supported project of the National Assembly for Wales and the English Highways Agency.

Under the European Commission DG VII Trans-European Networks - (Transport) (TEN-T) programme for 1998 the Highways Agency (HA) and The National Assembly for Wales (NAW) have been awarded funding for a project UK/98/182: "Telematics and traffic management on the TERN ( Trans European Road Network)".
